1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
